Terms and Conditions

The following 10 points line out HELLO TRAVEL PANAMA Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • No agent, contractor or representative of Hello Travel Panama has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Hello Travel Panama reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Hello Travel Panama service. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Hello Travel Panama and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if full payment is not received by Hello Travel Panama 24 hours before due date.

Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact Hello Travel Panama immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Hello Travel Panama cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.


2.1 Changing a booking

Passengers can change their shuttle booking by sending us an email at info@hellotravelpanama.com. It must be done more than 24 hours before departure of the original journey. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are cancelled or seats that are unavailable at the time of your amendment of your booking.

  • Our prices are all inclusive. Quoted prices are “per person” and include all taxes and fees. Hello Travel Panama accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Final payment for your shuttle is due 24 hours prior to departure.  If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled and your full deposit will be retained by Hello Travel Panama.
  • Your reservation will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received by Hello Travel Panama by due date.
  • On certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you.
  • Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation canceled with a minimum fourty eight (48) hours notice prior to the departure time or in the right delays:
– If you cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled date, there will be a$10.00 per person fee.
– If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, there will be a 50% charge.
– If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, there will be a 100% charge. NO REFUND
– In the event of reservation abandonment (no show), there will be no refund.
. Refunds usually show to your account within 30 days.
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations made by phone or in person.

No refunds will be issued in the event of the reservation is cancelled or changed less than 48 hours prior to departure time, or in the event of reservation abandonment (no show). This includes bookings made within 48 hours of departure time. In case you need to change your booking date, you need to contact an agent by email prior 48 hours before departure.

Customer is responsible for properly specifying the correct amount of luggage he or she intends to bring onto the vehicle during reservation. Failure to specify in advance may result in additional fees or the need for an additional vehicle, or the inability of the company to service the reservation.

Customers traveling with valuables, priceless items, and prescription drugs should keep these items in their possession during the course of the trip.


5.1 Luggage Restrictions

For each passenger, at no extra cost, the following is accepted on board the vehicle:

  • 2 checked luggage pieces, such as standard suitcases and large duffel bags weighing 50 pounds or less each; and
  • 1 carry-on item, such as purses, laptop cases, briefcases, small suitcases, and backpacks.

5.2 Extra Luggage and Oversized Items

Vehicles have limited space. Items considered excessive are subject to a $7 fee.


5.3 Damaged Items

Normal wear and tear to personal items is typical of the handling process during transportation. Transporting large items, such as luggage, may result in scratches, dings, and nicks. Hello Travel Panama and its operators are not responsible for damages such as broken pull handles/straps, broken wheels or feet, or damages that are incurred as a result of over-packing, items packed improperly, or fragile items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any belongings kept with customer in the main seating compartment of the vehicle are securely packed and fastened, and that any breakable items are protected while using the service.

5.4 Lost Items

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or Hello Travel Panama representatives in the shuttle bus. Hello Travel Panama assumes no liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any such property and will not be responsible for losses incurred, including but not limited to, loss of future profit, potential income, and additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen baggage or personal property.
Hello Travel Panama and its operators are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, Hello Travel Panama does want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, Hello Travel Panama recommends the customer immediately contact at info@hellotravelpanama.com.

Returning left behind or found items may incur delivery and/or shipping charges to the recipient.

All of our vehicles are smoke free, smoking is not permitted on board in any Hello Travel Panama service.

7.1 Traveling with Children

Hello Travel Panama welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat. If your child is under the age of 12 months, you must supply a car seat for each child to whom the applicable law applies.


7.2 Traveling with Pets

Pets must be transported in a pet carrier and may apply an extra cost of $16. Pets without pet carriers will not be allowed in Hello Travel Panama shared shuttle service and will require a Private Transfer.

Hello Travel Panama is not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under such conditions, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.


8.1 Travel Times

Unlike direct transportation, shared ride travel typically takes longer as customers wait for fellow passengers to load or unload. In addition to being affected by other passengers sharing the ride, travel time is dependent on geography, weather condition, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact travel time.


8.2 Service Advisories

At times there may be delays and changes to normal operations due to severe weather and traffic incidences. Whenever possible, Hello Travel Panama will post information to website or other forms of communication, to notify customers in advance.

Passengers who leave the bus at stops and rest breaks are responsible for re-boarding the bus at the scheduled departure time. The bus will not wait for passengers who are missing or late. No refunds will be given in the event that passengers do not board the bus before the bus leaves each rest stop. Passengers will have to re-book (at their own expense) to continue their journey.

  • No hot or smelly food allowed on board Hello Travel Panama services.
  • Wi-Fi is available on board when Wi-Fi equipped buses are used. Only buses fitted with the Wi-Fi modems will have Wi-Fi available, this means should the bus need to be replaced on the day Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed. If the Wi-Fi services is unavailable a refund and/or compensation will not be issued.
