In order to offer you the best private service, it’s important to book ahead! Our Vans and buses are in high demand, December through May are especially busy! Your quoted services are not guaranteed until we provide you a confirmation order.

  1. GENERAL
    1. No agent, contractor or representative of Hello Travel Panama has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions
    2. Hello Travel Panama reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Hello Travel Panama service. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
  2. RESERVATIONS
    1. Please review and verify your reservation invoice thoroughly and contact Hello Travel Panama immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later.
    2. Hello Travel Panama cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within five (5) days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
  3. CHANGE AN EXISTING RESERVATION
    1. Passengers can change their shuttle booking by sending us an email at info@hellotravelpanama.com. It must be done more than 5 days before departure of the original journey and upon availability.
  4. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
    1. We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a partial refund for reservations canceled under the following conditions
    2. To confirm your travel 50% of the total amount of the reservation should be done, this amount is not refundable
    3. 10 days before the date of your reservation the entire amount must be paid
    4. If you cancel your reservation prior to 15 days before your scheduled departure, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
    5. No refund will be made after this timeline
    6. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for your original reservation. Bank or credit card transaction costs for refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
    7. Due to bank processing times, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be received in your account.
    8. In the event of reservation abandonment (no show), there will be no refund.
  5. PAYMENTS
    1. Hello Travel Panama accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard.
    2. Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
    3. When paying by Visa or Mastercard, it may take a couple days for the charge to appear on your account.
    4. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if your credit card is not approved or if we dont have a payment confirmation from you.
  6. LUGGAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS
    1. Customers traveling with electronics, valuables, priceless items, and prescription drugs should keep these items in their possession during the course of the trip.
      1. DAMAGED ITEMS
        1. Normal wear and tear to personal items is typical of the handling process during transportation. Transporting large items, such as luggage, may result in scratches, dings, and nicks. Hello Travel Panama and its operators are not responsible for damages such as broken pull handles/straps, broken wheels or feet, or damages that are incurred as a result of over-packing, items packed improperly, or fragile items.
        2. Luggage may be stored on top of the vehicle under a waterproof tarp. We do everything we can to make sure your belongings stay dry, but it is possible they may get a little wet in rainy conditions.
      2. LOST ITEMS
        1. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or Hello Travel Panama representatives in the shuttle bus. Hello Travel Panama assumes no liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any such property and will not be responsible for losses incurred, including but not limited to, loss of future profit, potential income, and additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen baggage or personal property.
        2. Hello Travel Panama and its operators are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, Hello Travel Panama does want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, Hello Travel Panama recommends the customer immediately contact at info@hellotravelpanama.com.
  7. SMOKING
    1. All of our vehicles are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted on board in any Hello Travel Panama service.
  8. FOOD
    1. In order to maintain clean and comfortable service for all of our customers, we do not allow eating hot food or beverage in our vehicles.
  9. CHILDREN & PETS
    1. CHILDREN
      1. Hello Travel Panama welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling with you.
      2. In accordance with Panamanian law, if your child is under the age of 5 years, you must supply an appropriate car seat for each child traveling with you.
    2. PETS
      1. Pets are welcome to bring your pets with you on our Private Transfer service.
  10. TRAVEL TIMES & DELAYS
    1. CHECK IN
      1. Customers are required to check in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.
    2. TRAVEL INTERRUPTION & DELAYS
      1. Hello Travel Panama is not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, road conditions, major protests, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under such conditions, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.
    3. TRAVEL TIMES
      1. Travel time is dependent on geography, weather conditions, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact travel time.
    4. SERVICE ADVISORIES
      1. At times there may be delays and changes to normal operations due to severe weather and traffic incidents. Whenever possible, Hello Travel Panama will try to notify customers of these conditions in advance.
