Important Details

  • Check-in: Please check in at the designated location 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
  • Changes to Reservation: You are allowed to make changes to your reservation prior to 48 hours before your scheduled departure. All changes are subject to availability.
  • Luggage: You are allowed to bring one large suitcase / backpack / duffel bag (max. 50 lbs / 23 kg) and one carry on item. Additional luggage is subject to a $7 charge. Oversize items, such as surfboards, are also subject to a $7 charge.
  1. DAILY SHUTTLES | Terms and conditions
    1. GENERAL
    • No agent, contractor or representative of Hello Travel Panama has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions
    • Hello Travel Panama reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Hello Travel Panama service.  Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.


    • Please review and verify your reservation invoice thoroughly and contact Hello Travel Panama immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later.
    • Hello Travel Panama cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within five (5) days of sending out the invoice.  In the case of billing errors, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.


    • Passengers can change their shuttle booking by sending us an email at  It must be done more than 48 hours before departure of the original journey.  We will not be responsible for any tickets that are cancelled or seats that are unavailable at the time of your amendment of your booking.


    • We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a partial refund for reservations canceled under the following conditions:
      • If you cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before your scheduled departure, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
      • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for your original reservation.
      • Due to bank processing times, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be received in your account.


    • If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, there will be no refund.  You will be charged the full amount of your original reservation.
    • In the event of reservation abandonment (no show), there will be no refund.  You will be charged the full amount of your original reservation.


    • Hello Travel Panama accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard.
    • Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
    • When paying by Visa or Mastercard, it may take a couple days for the charge to appear on your account.
    • Your reservation will be automatically canceled if your credit card is not approved.


    • The customer is responsible for specifying the amount of luggage he or she intends to bring onto the vehicle at the time of reservation.  Failure to specify in advance may result in additional fees, or the inability of the company to service the reservation.
    • Customers traveling with electronics, valuables, priceless items, and prescription drugs should keep these items in their possession during the course of the trip.



      • Each customer is allowed to bring the following:
      • One suitcase (such as a standard size suitcase, duffel bag or large backpack).  The maximum weight of this item is 50 pounds (23 kg).
      • One carry-on item.
      • Additional items are subject to a $7 charge.



      • Large or oversize items (such as surfboards or other large sports equipment) are subject to a $7 charge.



    • Normal wear and tear to personal items is typical of the handling process during transportation. Transporting large items, such as luggage, may result in scratches, dings, and nicks. Hello Travel Panama and its operators are not responsible for damages such as broken pull handles/straps, broken wheels or feet, or damages that are incurred as a result of over-packing, items packed improperly, or fragile items.
    • Luggage may be stored on top of the vehicle under a waterproof tarp.  We do everything we can to make sure your belongings stay dry, but it is possible they may get a little wet in rainy conditions.


    6.4 LOST ITEMS

    • Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or Hello Travel Panama representatives in the shuttle bus. Hello Travel Panama assumes no liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any such property and will not be responsible for losses incurred, including but not limited to, loss of future profit, potential income, and additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen baggage or personal property.
    • Hello Travel Panama and its operators are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, Hello Travel Panama does want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, Hello Travel Panama recommends the customer immediately contact at


    1. SMOKING
    • All of our vehicles are smoke free.  Smoking is not permitted on board in any Hello Travel Panama service.


    1. FOOD
    • In order to maintain clean and comfortable service for all of our customers, we do not allow eating in our vehicles.




    9.1 CHILDREN

    • Hello Travel Panama welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult.  If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling with you.
    • In accordance with Panamanian law, if your child is under the age of 5 years, you must supply an appropriate car seat for each child traveling with you.


    9.2 PETS

    • You can travel with your cat or small dog (25 pounds or less).  There will be a $16 for each pet.
    • Pets must be transported in a pet carrier.  Pets without pet carriers will not be allowed in Hello Travel Panama shared shuttle service and will require a Private Transfer.




    10.1 CHECK IN

    • Customers are required to check in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.



    • Hello Travel Panama is not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, road conditions, major protests, or any other unforeseen circumstances.  Under such conditions, Hello Travel Panama reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.
    • If your transportation with us in canceled, or forced to turn back for reasons outside of our control, we will gladly accommodate you on our next available shuttle.



    • Unlike direct transportation, shared ride travel typically takes longer as customers wait for fellow passengers to load or unload.  In addition to being affected by other passengers sharing the ride, travel time is dependent on geography, weather condition, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact travel time.



    • At times there may be delays and changes to normal operations due to severe weather and traffic incidents.  Whenever possible, Hello Travel Panama will try to notify customers of these conditions in advance.


    10.5. REST STOPS

    • Passengers who leave the vehicle at stops and rest breaks are responsible for re-boarding the vehicle at the scheduled departure time.  The vehicle will not wait for passengers who are missing or late.  No refunds will be given in the event that passengers do not board the vehicle before it leaves each rest stop.  Passengers will have to re-book (at their own expense) to continue their journey.
